We appreciate your investment in our products and want you to be 100% delighted when you receive yours.
Since each item purchased is tied to a uniform donation, if you wish to make a return it must be received within 30 days of the original ship date to be eligible for reimbursement. To make a return, send the items to the mailing address listed on the return slip that was enclosed in your order, along with the completed slip.
Only unworn items will be refunded and all original tags must still be attached. While we will refund your original shipping costs, shipping costs on returns are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments, so please ensure you get tracking information from the shipping company you use. Once we receive your shipment, we will promptly process the refund.
We use USPS for all shipments within the U.S. and Canada. If you do not receive your package and tracking information shows that delivery has been made, please contact your local post office branch to open an inquiry. Krama wheel cannot be held responsible for such losses if USPS has confirmed delivery to the shipping address. Please be aware that for shipments to Canada there may be duties, fees, and taxes added to orders after they have shipped. These are unfortunately beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer.
